Welcome to TBY Yoga! We care a lot about making yoga accessible to everyone, and letting the practice meet you exactly where you're at. Whether you’re young or older, out of shape, stressed, anxious, or simply curious, yoga has a lot to offer — so let's make it easy and joyful!
What is yoga?
Good question! Yoga is a complete system of well-being for the mind, body, and spirit. The word “yoga” comes from the Sanskrit yuj, meaning “to bind together.” Yoga helps unite your thoughts, emotions, and body, offering balance, stress relief, body awareness, and inner peace.
Specifically, we teach Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga is the root system from which most modern yoga practices evolved. It is the science of using the body and breath to steady the nervous system and prepare the mind for meditation. By linking breath, body, and focused awareness, Hatha Yoga improves posture, supports heart health, and enhances mental clarity. More importantly, it teaches you how to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself. Our TBY Yoga logo and mission honors this meditative, grounding tradition — the foundation of practice.

We offer a variety of pricing options, including: first 2 weeks intro offer, single class, class packs, and monthly unlimited membership.
2. Join a Beginner Series
Catch the next 4-week Intro to Yoga Workshop Series specifically for those who consider themselves a beginner.

3. Receive 1:1 Instruction
