Her classes thoughtfully weave together strength, mobility, breathwork, mindful awareness, and accessible philosophy — creating a practice that supports the whole person.
Her journey to yoga began through a deep love of nature, hiking, and movement as a way to support her mental health. During challenging seasons, physical activity was the one thing that helped clear her mind. When she found yoga, it became more than a workout — it became a tool to navigate life with resilience, clarity, and peace.
Yami’s goal is to help students build strength, cultivate resilience, and leave class feeling connected in body, breath, and mind.
