Olga Parlov
Yoga Teacher, RYT 200®
Olga is a passionate yoga instructor with a strong foundation in ballroom dancing, where she competed at both amateur and professional levels. Her introduction to yoga began in high school as a way to enhance her flexibility and improve her dance performance.
Since 2011, she has been a dedicated practitioner at TBY Yoga, a studio that has played a significant role in shaping her yoga journey. Olga completed her teacher training at TBY Yoga under the guidance of Julia Jonson, and she now feels privileged to teach at the very studio that has deeply influenced her practice.
Her classes feature a blend of functional alignment, strength, conscious breathing and accessible philosophy that meets each student exactly where they are. Whether guiding a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, she finds deep fulfillment in holding space for others, gently helping them quiet their minds and return to themselves, one breath at a time.
Outside of yoga, Olga enjoys spending quality time with her husband, son and rescue dog. Her hobbies include propagating house plants, perusing animal shelter websites, and traveling.
