Cecilia believes in the quiet power of slowing down through restorative and gentle yoga. She began practicing gentle yoga in 2016, and discovered yoga nidra in 2018 through TBY, and quickly felt its deep impact on her mental and emotional well-being. With a background in corporate life, she understands the toll of daily stress and how easily we can lose touch with rest.
Cecilia completed her 200-hr yoga teacher training through TBY, and continues to deepen her practice under the mentorship of Julia, whose teaching is a blend of wisdom, softness, and soul. Julia’s presence has been a guiding light reminding Cecilia that rest is not just a practice, but a way of remembering who we truly are.
Cecilia’s classes offer space to regulate the nervous system, breathe a little deeper, and come back to yourself one calming pose at a time.
