Carrie began practicing yoga as a therapeutic way to alleviate neck and back pain from a car accident almost 20yrs ago. Later, her yoga practice gained new purpose serving as stress relief from the demands of the professional working world and a way to create a balanced lifestyle. Her love of the practice, and belief in the many healing benefits, led her to The Alchemy of Yoga Teacher Training Program where she completed her 200hr training in 2009.
Carrie looks for the positive in all things, creating classes that are uplifting and foster happy, healthy, balanced lifestyles. She has a great appreciation for living in the present, and is daily filled with gratitude for life. She is passionate about teaching and looks forward to sharing her practice with you.
