Andrea Harris

Andrea takes a fun, creative approach to teaching yoga. She has a passion for sequencing, always looking for different ways to put together the ever-changing puzzle that is our bodies and minds.  After years of teaching fitness classes, and always feeling like there was something missing, she decided to pursue the thing that spoke to her the most. Since 2007 she’s been sharing the Yoga love. Andrea blends philosophy, movement, and stillness in a way that promotes presence and confidence, but never without a sense of humor! Her ultimate goal is to see everyone in the room (and life!) getting through the hard stuff together, enjoying the sweet stuff together, and somehow smiling the whole time.
